Job Description

Issue demand letters to the third party
Check and correct information in the system (IIA)
Prepare documents to be sent to outsource providers
Enter data and send requests for vehicle registration and civil registration information of the third party
Record receipt of payments in the system (IIA)
Close claim cases when the third party cannot be contacted
Prepare information for payment processing (in cases where the outsource provider can claim, and/or for expenses related to obtaining vehicle and civil registration information)
Attach documents obtained from vehicle and civil registration searches to the claim file
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Honesty, perseverance, and negotiation skills
Attention to detail
Commitment and integrity in work
