- You will join the Claims function for the role of Claims Automation Analyst
- You will be participating in claims transformation and development of new claims service, construct and manage business rules management system and other automation initiatives and applications such as RPA
- You will play a key role in health checking our claims automation model to ensure long-term success making sure our automation initiatives delivered and maintained with excellent quality in terms of claims service level and customer experience
- You will be working closely with business stakeholders to identify and understand requirements and opportunities to enhance our automation model
