Job Description

                    Claims Services, Solution Architect / Automation Engineer (1-Year Contract) Post Date : 2026/02/24 Expiry Date : Nil Location : China Job Type : Contract About the role - You will join the Claims function as an Automation Engineer, participating in claims transformation. Your primary focus will be building business rules management system and applying various automation tools to enhance our automation capability, claims service level and customer experience.
- Develop and implement business process automation tools
- Work with product owners, project team and stakeholders to determine new features and business rules
- Participate in code reviews with peers and manager to ensure all standard resource libraries and architecture patterns are appropriate
- Create or update documentation in support of development, which may include detailed specifications and architecture diagrams
- Take part in Intelligent Automation projects
