The Legal Practitioners’ Liability Committee (LPLC) is an independent statutory entity providing professional indemnity insurance to Victorian barristers and solicitors and many of Australia’s national law firms.

The LPLC is seeking an experienced professional indemnity solicitor to join its claims team. As claims solicitor you will be required to use your litigation experience to manage a portfolio of claims. The position is unique and involves:

• Assisting LPLC Insureds (which range from senior counsel to sole practitioners) with the management and ultimate resolution of claims made against them.
