Claims Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle of life insurance claims, from initial submission to resolution.
Review claim applications, verify documentation, and assess policy coverage.
Serve as the primary contact for policyholders, beneficiaries, and internal teams, providing clear updates and guidance.
Ensure claims are processed in accordance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
Maintain accurate records of claim activities, decisions, and correspondence.
Determine claim validity and negotiate fair settlements when applicable.
Work closely with underwriting, legal, and finance teams to resolve complex cases.
Provide compassionate assistance to beneficiaries during sensitive situations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field (preferred).
Experience in insurance claims, ideally within life insurance.
