Job Title:
Coordinator – Claims Service (Chinese Speaker)

Overview:

We are looking for dedicated team members to support the resolution of
legacy reinsurance recovery claims
. In this role, you will manage aged claims, verify historical data, liaise with cedants, reinsurers, and internal teams, and ensure timely closure of outstanding claims. Your contribution will be key to resolving legacy issues while ensuring smooth daily claims operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify
  aged reinsurance recovery claims
  , including historical records, emails, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with
  clients, cedants, reinsurers, and internal teams
  to confirm settlement statuses.
• Reconcile
  statements of claims
  across reinsurers, clients, and cedants.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims with (re)insurers via
  emails, calls, and meetings
