What the day will look like



+ Handling Medical & Non-Medical claims

+ Claims pre-screening, settlement review, claims repudiation, report generation, and transmittal of claim documents to Insurers and excess/ ASO bills to clients

+ Presiding meetings with direct reports, Insurers, and Clients

+ Responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction

+ Supporting the Manager in addressing escalated issues of HS Claims (depending on the gravity of the case) and in planning and evalua...
