Job Description
Client Engagement/Satisfaction
- Zero complaints from clients or positive feedback from them
- Adherence to turn-around-times and high quality of items submitted and delivered
- Answer client queries, attends to their claims requests, monitors claims and related concerns which include but not limited to providing sound advice and option to clients' claims including documentation necessary for such options provided
- Responsible for veracity of all prepared documents and correspondence necessary for claims
- Able to deliver all the needs of the clients
- Bridges communication between teams or internal clients to ensure proper and full staff work is rendered
Administrative Efficiency and Servicing
- Low or no error in outputs or tasks
- Timely submission of deliverables or timely assistance to clients
- Organized and proper filing of documentation necessary for historical or current reviews or on-demand...
