Job Description
Take charge of health and safety compliance as an HSE Advisor with Clark Builders in the beautiful Okanagan region. This Monday to Friday role emphasizes support for the Project Management Team and safety system adherence.
Reporting to the HSE Manager, your responsibilities include guiding the Project Management Team in complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will implement safety measures, run training sessions, and conduct site audits to ensure compliance with the Clark Builders HSEMS and relevant legislation. Your efforts will contribute to a culture of safety across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide project teams on safety regulations and practices
• Conduct compliance audits and safety inspections
• Facilitate training for all project personnel
• Assist in accident investigations and implement safety corrections
• Document all HSE-related activities comprehensively
