Class 1 afternoon driver

Join Gi Group and work with one of the UK's leading parcel delivery companies based in Ryton, Coventry . This position is a temporary contract, with afternoon shifts, offering ongoing work 12 months per year for the right candidate, now accepting new passes with training given. Please note there maybe alcohol deliveries involved in this role

Class 1 Driver - Rates of Pay:

· Days £19.61 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay (PAYE only)

· Nights £19.89 per hour inclusive of your holiday pay (PAYE only)

Class 1 Driver - Shifts and Hours:

· Shifts available 7 days a week

· 12:00-23:00 starts available

· 8-10 hours per day

Class 1 Driver - The Role:

· Load / unload freight and secure load

· Complete scheduled deliveries and collections (varied parcel weights

· Ensure accurate completion of documentation

· Perform vehicle checks and report defect
