Requirements

+ Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys on active cases

+ Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

+ Assist with filing in state and federal courts (including e-filing systems)

+ Maintain and organize case files, discovery materials, and exhibits
