Description
An established regional law firm is seeking a Plaintiff Employment Attorney to join their firm in Washington. This role focuses on wage and hour disputes, consumer protection class actions, and individual employment matters. The position offers a fully remote work environment, with occasional travel for company meetings.


They offer a competitive base salary of 225-350k, with additional structured bonus earnings throughout the year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, unlimited PTO, paid court holidays, paid CLE and bar dues and other perks. Mid-level associates to partner level attorneys with a group are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experienced as a licensed attorney, with significant employment law experience in wage & hour disputes (plaintiff or defense) and class actions

- Active Washington bar license, additional California or Oregon is a plus
