Cleaner cum Tea Lady

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Make and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and during meetings or functions.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms, pantries, and pantry appliances.
• Stock Management: Keep track of pantry items and utensils, ensuring they are stored hygienically and refilled as necessary.
• Collect and Wash Utensils: Collect dirty glassware and utensils from workstations and wash them at least twice a day.
• Report Defects: Report any defects in equipment, furniture, or fittings in the pantry or other office areas to the immediate supervisor.

Additional Duties:

• General Cleaning: Sometimes responsible for general cleaning duties, such as dusting tables and windows in boardrooms and clearing away empty plates and cups after meetings.
