Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning and sanitisation of offices premises like meeting and training rooms.
Dust and clean furniture, equipment (like coffee machines, copiers) and fixtures.
Clean floor surface by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of the floors.
Empty trash bins and dispose wastes.
Room Setup and De Setup
Set up training rooms which include arranging partitions, chairs, set up audio visual equipment etc.
Miscellaneous
Replenish office cleaning and beverage supplies when low in supply.
Respond to maintenance and safety issues matter.
Special cleaning projects and handles ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
Min GCE O Level
Preferably someone with two (2) years' experience in routine maintenance, sanitation, and cleaning of office, equipment, facilities upkeep.
Able to read, write, communicate in basic English language.
