Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Night Shift Cleaners / Sanitation Staff to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment after daily sardines manufacturing operations. This role is vital in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance with sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning and sanitation of production areas, machines, tools, and equipment after production
• Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and nightly cleaning schedules
• Clean floors, drains, walls, tables, conveyors, and food-contact surfaces
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and sanitation equipment
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness of garbage and disposal areas
• Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness and sanitation compliance
