About this opportunity
Yarra Trams requires a Cleaning and Facilities Delivery Lead to assist with the management and monitoring of the important cleaning contract of our Trams. Reporting to the Team Manager, Facilities & Cleaning Services this role will be:
Ensuring a consistently high standard of cleanliness for passengers traveling on the Yarra Trams network.

Ensuring that the scope of the cleaning contract is delivered by the contractor in the required quality, quantity and frequency for all areas of the contract.

Effectively supporting the contract relationship with the cleaning contractor, ensuring cleaning contract KPIs are consistently met, performance issues managed, and matters escalated to the commercial team when required.
