CLEANING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, effective team management, and excellent client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily cleaning operations across assigned sites Manage and lead a team of cleaning staffs, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations Liaise with clients to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure service satisfaction Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary Handle staffing requirements including hiring, onboarding, and resolving disciplinary matters...
