The cleaning services supervisor organizes, coordinates, and controls the cleaning and maintenance services of the premises, in order to guarantee the quality of service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.



Main Responsibilities:



1. Organization and Planning



  • Plan cleaning operations according to site needs and contracts.
  • Manage cleaning staff schedules (hours, leave, replacements).
  • Ensure the distribution of tasks and areas to be cleaned.
  • Ensure the proper use of equipment and cleaning products.
