Clearance Agent

Responsibilities
To prepare custom clearance documentation of all inbound shipments requiring formal entries in accordance with Customs and Quarantine regulations.
To liaise directly with custom to resolve clearance issue with the objective to efficiently expedite customs clearance and maximize customer satisfaction.
Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related custom clearance administration.
Support supervisor or manager activities.

Able to communicate in English & BM
Attention to details
Custom clearance knowledge (not mandatory)
Minimum Requirements
Education: Diploma or equivalent
Experience: One (1) year of general clerical experience and min of 1 year experience in Custom clearance/ customer service.
