• Process inbound and outbound RMB transactions efficiently. Investigate payment instructions in response to queries. Address inquiries from internal and external clients regarding funds not received. Collect service charges from customers. Review and process account opening documentation for participating banks. Prepare monthly reports and compile data for participating banks. Collaborate with various business departments to enhance internal systems and procedures. Undertake additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
