Cleary Motors is currently recruiting an experienced Service Manager to join its expanding aftersales team.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Manager to join our expanding Aftersales team, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer ahead of a planned retirement.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Master Technician's, Service Technicians, Advisors and Apprentices. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction within the Renault service department, while driving labour sales, productivity, and profitability. You will identify opportunities to enhance departmental performance and implement effective service strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
