Job Description

Location:  85 Playfair Road, #07-01, Tong YuanIndustrial Building, Singapore  
Employment Type:  Full-time, Temporary (6 months)
Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 
About Us We are a well-established Japanese trading company based in Singapore, serving customers across various industries. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Clerical Staff  to support our operations team during a temporary manpower requirement period. 
Key Responsibilities Perform data entry accurately into the ERP system 
Prepare and process sales, purchase, delivery, and shipping documents 
Handle trade-related documents such as LC, BL, invoices, and other related paperwork 
Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on documentation and order matters 
Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned
