                    Job Description

To provide technical submissions and method statements related to Building work installation
Responsible for site Installation Quality Control.
Supervise contractors’ work to ensure their compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
Conduct on-site inspections and monitor work progress
To prepare quality reports for review and provide improvement statements.
To liaise with contractors for execution of rectification.-Coordinate with project consultants and contractors on all matters relating to builders work installation and performance on site
100% full time working in site office  

Qualifications

Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong or equivalent in Building discipline
At least 8 years’ relevant site experience at data centre and inspection work
Good communication and interpersonal skill
