Clerk of Works

A leading Sydney contractor is delivering a major student accommodation development in Sydney and is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to join the project team on a full-time contract basis.

This role will be site-based and will act as the client’s representative, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-time on-site representation of the client throughout construction
• Monitor construction quality and compliance against drawings, specifications, and standards
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and workmanship issues
• Maintain detailed site records and reporting
• Liaise with contractor, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Witness inspections and key hold points
