Are you passionate about financial markets and client success? We're looking for a dedicated Client Account Manager to serve as the guardian of our clients' trading operations. This hands-on position puts you at the center of daily trading activities, ensuring our algorithmic systems perform flawlessly for every client.
Your Daily Impact:
Market Open Preparation (Pre-9:30 AM EST):
Execute morning startup procedures across all client VPS environments
Verify trading account connectivity and algorithm activation
Document market conditions and system status in real-time tracking sheets
Ensure clients are positioned for optimal trading from market open
Active Market Monitoring:
Conduct hourly wellness checks on all client accounts
