• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients and client teams to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth and retention.
• Administer routine tasks as part of the annual renewal cycle, ensuring all client needs are met timely and accurately.
• Monitor and report on the status of client deliverables and outstanding items.
• Work with Operations and Business to ensure timely delivery of policies, endorsements, audits, extensions, and cancellations to clients.
• Collaborate with the Client Onboarding team to coordinate onboarding activities for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.
