You will be responsible for the effective delivery of services provided by your team. This includes day‑to‑day management, coaching, workload planning and prioritisation, and quality review. You’ll ensure work is allocated appropriately, delivered on time, and meets the high standards expected by both the business and its clients.

• Take full ownership for the delivery of client services, demonstrating strong understanding of team deliverables and how they fit into the wider process.
• Ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
