Client Accounting Services Specialist

We need a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage multiple client accounts. We value process and precision over speed—accuracy is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickbooks Management: Maintain bank feeds, rules, and reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Month-End Close: Execute clean closes, balance sheet maintenance, and P&L variance reviews.
• Standardization: Follow strict SOPs and maintain audit-ready workpapers.
• Communication: Provide proactive status updates; ensure zero surprises at month-end.

Requirements:

• Advanced QBO: Expert-level knowledge of feeds, rules, and reconciliations.
• Financial Fluency: Strong understanding of P&L/Balance Sheet integrity.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel/Sheets and open to using AI tools for efficiency.
