Job Summary

The Client Acquisition & Growth Lead is responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and leading revenue growth initiatives for manpower and headhunting services. The role combines hands-on sales execution with team leadership to build sustainable client partnerships and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client acquisition and growth strategies for manpower and headhunting services.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new corporate clients through prospecting, presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to generate repeat and long-term business.
