Client Acquisition Lead - Retail & Lifestyle

Overview

The Client Acquisition Lead - Retail & Lifestyle is responsible for driving new business acquisition within the Retail and Lifestyle industry vertical. This role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new customer logos while expanding non- ocean logistics offerings such as Contract Logistics, Ground Freight (FTL, LTL & Cross Boarder), and Supply Chain Services. Reporting to the Integrated Sales Manager – Retail & Lifestyle, the position requires a strategic, results-driven individual who can build a pipeline of high-value opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue streams.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development (Hunting Focus) — Identify and target prospective new customers within the Retail & Lifestyle vertical.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new logos and expand market share.
