Salary Structure:
Rs. ₹4 LPA + ₹2.5 LPA Variable Pay for initial 12 months
Rs. ₹5 LPA + ₹3.5 LPA Variable Pay after 12 months
Experience Required: 3+ years
Advantage: Prior experience in a marketing agency
