We're looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (B2B) to build and grow client relationships across the Australian market. This is a people-first, relationship-driven role—focused on meaningful conversations, not hard selling.
What you'll do:
• Build and nurture client partnerships
• Engage clients via calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Manage leads and pipelines using CRM
• Support sales strategy and business growth

• Client-facing or recruitment experience
• Strong communication skiand
• Confident, motivated, and coachable
• Prepared to do outbound and cold calls
