We are looking for a smart and result-driven Bidder with hands-on experience in freelance platforms, especially Upwork. The candidate should be capable of generating quality leads, writing winning proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively bid on platforms like Upwork (primary), Freelancer.
• Identify relevant projects in web development (WordPress, Shopify, PHP, etc.)
• Write customized and high-converting proposals (no copy-paste)
• Handle client communication, requirement understanding, and follow-ups
