We are hiring a Client Advisor, Personal Lines to support our growing Team!

This role is for someone with exceptional organizational abilities and people skills who wants to become a licensed broker within 3-6 months (if you are not a Registered Insurance Broker in Ontario).

Responsibilities

• Support clients with insurance-related inquiries by responding quickly and with compassion.
• Proactively approach customers before their annual renewals to discuss opportunities and coverage changes after a thorough file review.
• Prepare and present options for automobile, property, marine, and other policies so clients can make informed decisions.
• Navigate the claims process with clients when a loss occurs.
• Research and resolve client problems; act as liaison between insurers when necessary.
