Client Behavioural Services Consultant at ICE

Join Independent Counselling Enterprises (ICE) as a Client Behavioural Services Consultant. This leadership role focuses on developing and evaluating behavioral support services in a collaborative, in-person environment.
As part of ICE’s Provincial Behavioural Services team, you will oversee the establishment and monitoring of Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborating with internal teams and community resources, you will ensure that services are person-centered and comply with industry standards. This position requires effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while providing mentorship to the Team Coordinator – Behavioural Services.
