General Description:A Billing and Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the invoicing and payment collection processes within an organization. This role involves generating accurate bills for customers or clients, ensuring timely and accurate recording of payments, and following up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding balances. The specialist works closely with customers to resolve billing issues, handles inquiries regarding invoices, and maintains detailed records of transactions.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11PM - 8AM, Office-based Setup

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
