Client Calling Representative

Overview

The Client Calling Representative will be responsible for managing communication and scheduling between clients and skilled Visa Experts. This role will focus on contacting clients, arranging consultations, and supporting immigration advisors by ensuring that all necessary appointments and documentation are prepared in advance. The representative will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a smooth immigration advisory process.
