This role contributes significantly to providing premium customer service by supporting the operations team and Area Managers in carrying out after pet care services in a professional and compassionate manner supporting the company's purpose in Honouring a lifetime of unconditional love.

You will be the key point of contact for clients, veterinary clinics, and internal teams, ensuring enquiries, viewings, collections, and aftercare services are handled smoothly, accurately, and with compassion.

Loganholme - 1x fulltime position, 1x casual 22 hours per week.

Ipswich - 1x fulltime position
