You will build long-term relationships with clients, answer inquiries, and ensure policy accuracy while supporting the team with your excellent client service skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Service existing fleet accounts diligently
• Process documentation including Certificates of Insurance
• Review accuracy of policy documents effectively
• Contact clients proactively for renewals
• Address client queries regarding coverages
Requirements:
• Strong sense of urgency in tasks
• Preferred Commercial Auto/Fleet experience
• Level 2 insurance license is advantageous
