Client Care Representative, Individual Insurance - Bilingual

Work Arrangements

This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement, and some roles may require you to work in the office more frequently.

What you’ll do

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other departments and learn about what they do as you work with them to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English (spoken, read, written)
• Previous experience in a phone‑based client care/service role
• Previous experience in an insurance company or related medical field is an asset
• Superior interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external clients
