Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment-related inquiries
• Analyze clients' situations to establish personalized payment plans
• Ensure compliance with consumer proposal terms
• Document all interactions comprehensively
• Set up and manage banking agreements in our system
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience required
