Job Summary - Off Shift Client Champ

The Off-Shift Client Champion is responsible for ensuring continued 0-24 client support during off-shift hours. This role serves as the first line of acknowledgment for all client-reported live and broken tickets raised outside regular business hours, ensuring timely visibility, proper tasking, and continuity for the on-shift teams.

Shift Schedule:

• 10 AM – 7 PM PH Time
• 9 PM – 6 AM Eastern Time
• 3AM - 12PM WAT
• 4AM - 1PM EGY

Duration
: 8 hours + 1 hour break

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in any client-facing or project support-related seat within a SaaS or technology-focused environment is required.
