Client Concierge

The Client Concierge is the operational owner of the critical transition period between closed deal and client launch. This role manages the first 1–14 days of the client lifecycle and ensures every administrative, contractual, financial, and systems-related component is executed flawlessly before the Account Manager assumes long-term ownership. From drafting and verifying Statements of Work to processing payments, organizing documentation, activating internal systems, and confirming launch readiness, the Concierge ensures that no revenue is at risk and no onboarding step is missed.

Key Responsibilities
Statement of Work (SOW) Creation & Verification

• Draft SOWs based on Sales-approved scope
• Ensure pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are accurate
• Confirm alignment with internal scope standards
• Route agreements for signature and track completion
• Store executed SOWs in designated client folders
