Client Delivery Business Analyst

Overview

We're hiring a Client Delivery Business Analyst to support our consultancy delivery function. You'll sit at the centre of client delivery — driving projects forward, capturing and translating requirements into clear specifications, and managing client expectations throughout the engagement. You'll use our AI tooling to accelerate business analysis and requirements documentation, working closely with engineers to ensure scope, definitions, and delivery outcomes are tight.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project management across multiple client workstreams: timelines, actions, dependencies, risks, and delivery updates.
• Lead technical business analysis: gather requirements, clarify objectives, define success criteria, and turn needs into structured documentation.
• Use our AI tools to draft and refine business requirements (BRDs/user stories/acceptance criteria), ensuring they are precise and usable by engineering.
