Client Delivery Consultant

Client Delivery Consultant (048dm) – London- Shoreditch - £40000-£45000 DOE

Our client is looking for someone to step into their Client Delivery role.

You will take full ownership of recruitment mandates across high-growth, VC-backed SaaS businesses and executive search partners.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO REPRESENT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE EX MILITARY.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Leading end-to-end recruitment processes from brief to placement

•Partnering directly with senior stakeholders (VP Sales, CROs, Founders, Managing Partners)

•Identifying, engaging, and assessing high-performing GTM talent (SDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders) as well as executive-level candidates

•Delivering both retained and contingent searches (typical fees 20–25% of base salary)

•Building and running your own desk as a commercial unit, with full accountability for performance and revenue
