Client Delivery Executive – Enfoque Nacional (México)

Overview

We are looking for a Client Delivery Executive focused on Mexico for the end-to-end delivery of services , ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction across all national engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate IT service delivery across all operations in Mexico, ensuring alignment with regional standards while addressing local business needs.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle within the Mexican market, including SLAs, governance, financial performance, and service quality.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with Mexico-based senior stakeholders, acting as their primary strategic partner in technology delivery.
• Lead execution of IT services in areas such as Field Services, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Project Delivery at a country-wide level.
• Identify and address local risks, operational bottlenecks, and resource needs with speed and accuracy.
