Client Delivery

Key Responsibilities

1) Delivery momentum + client follow-up (your #1 priority)

• Keep every active project moving by owning follow-ups, approvals, sign-offs, and we're waiting on the client items (so weeks don't slip by unnoticed).
• Maintain accurate project status in Zoho Projects so the dashboard reflects reality (what's done, what's blocked, what's next, and why).
• Draft and send clear client updates, reports, and next-step comms—on time, every time.
• Coordinate handovers between the founder, internal team members, and contractors so nothing falls between the cracks.

2) Operations + file hygiene (built into the work, not a separate project)

• Bring order to files and assets: naming conventions, version control, and clean handovers.
• Create lightweight templates (e.g., checklists, email templates, report shells) when you see repeat work.
