Client Director

We’re looking for an experienced Client Director who’s ready to dive right into a fast-growing start-up environment. Our ideal Client Communications Manager has in-depth knowledge of executing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong background in Account Management and Client Relations. You will work alongside the management team to strategize client expansion, build client relationships, and lead communication with Key Accounts based across the globe.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

Establish customer segmentation frameworks by working with the Analytics team to build a regular reporting and communication cadence with clients

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their objectives and needs, and anticipating them in advance
