Location: Tygervalley, Cape Town

Salary: R16 000 per month

Contract: 12 Months

An exciting opportunity is available for a Client Engagement Adviser to join the team. The successful candidate will deliver world‑class service to clients while achieving quality, productivity, and service targets in a call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture client information accurately on systems
• Execute client requests within agreed timeframes and standards
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Engage with clients in a client‑centric manner
• Follow up on queries to ensure timely resolution
• Provide professional telephonic and written support
• Meet and exceed service level agreements and productivity targets
