                    CLIENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER 
(Malaysia)
Work Location: KL, Malaysia
Job Description: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with clients, delivery partners including resourcing agencies and subcontractors.  
Negotiate terms and agreements covering pricing, service levels, contract duration, and exclusivity where needed. 
Develop and execute long-term partnership strategies aligned with the Delivery team's objectives and project pipelines 
Act as the main point of contact  for partner-related issues, conflict resolution, and performance management. 
Work closely with internal delivery/project managers to forecast resource needs and coordinate with partners for timely fulfillment. 
Evaluate and monitor partner performance, including regular reviews of KPIs, compliance, and feedback collection.
